You think you’re winning a war of attrition in Ukraine — you’re not. And if you don’t change course, I’m placing secondary sanctions and tariffs on China and India — your biggest oil customers. Believe me, that’s going to hurt.

You should’ve seen Operation Midnight Hammer — absolutely incredible. Our B-2 pilots, the best in the world, flew halfway around the planet and obliterated Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. Total precision. The Israelis now have complete air superiority over Iran with American-made planes, of course. They also took out the Shahed drone factory you depend on. Gone.

Then I went to the NATO meeting — and guess what? I got the Europeans to commit to spend 5% of GDP on defense. That’s doubling a lot of budgets. I Made NATO Great Again — and they love me. They’ll finally pay their fair share to support Ukraine. And I confirmed America’s commitment to Article 5 — solid as a rock. That means NATO can now outspend you in a war of attrition in Ukraine, and they will.

And by the way — pretty resourceful how the Ukrainians destroyed a third of your bomber fleet with cheap drones last month. That’s not a good sign for you.

So here’s the ceasefire deal:

We’ll give Kyiv the Iron Dome and enough Patriot anti-missile systems to stop your glide bombs, drones, and hypersonic missiles from hitting Ukrainian civilians and infrastructure. Israel’s Iron Dome intercepted 90% of incoming Iranian missiles — NATO will enforce a no-fly zone west of the Dnieper River to make sure nothing gets through.
The UK, France, and Germany will station peacekeeping troops on the Dnieper River to guarantee current lines don’t change.
Ceasefire where the current lines are. Ukraine will give up its incursion into Kursk in exchange for a defensive perimeter around Kharkiv.

Then — and only then — we can resume doing business, Vladimir. We can Make Russia Great Again (MRGA). And America gets rare earth minerals in return for what we paid to support Ukraine.

Think about it. It’s the best deal you’re going to get.
